At the time of writing, the Eaglestrike armor is currently listed as ‘Vaulted’ in your Armor Hall. That’s because the armor core itself is locked and will be made available as part of Season 2’s Fractures: Entrenched event, which is due to start on May 24. The good news is that 343 Industries has already confirmed that the Eaglestrike armor core will be made available for free to all players who take part in the event when it goes live, meaning you won’t have to pay to upgrade to a premium event pass or anything of the sort, as you do for the standard Season 2 Battle Pass.
