One of its projects, inherited from the Finnish company Nokia was the Moonraker smartwatch. This smartwatch would not be released, but that really doesn’t mean there was any actual smartwatch produced. It seems obvious that the tech giant Microsoft discontinued the smartwatch Moonraker when it had to choose between this and the band. This may not have been the right decision because it now knows that will not be a new version of the Microsoft gadget. But Moonraker existed and was very close to reaching the market. The first images already showed a very mature smartwatch and ready to be sold, with only the Nokia touch and quality that has accustomed us in their products. But several prototypes that were created were not destroyed and sometimes turn to emerge in the hands of some users. After the images that ran the Internet, now comes a video where the Moonraker can be seen.
From what can be seen, the Moonraker is already out of date, compared to what we have today. In any event, this was a first model test, which should be developed and maintained over the years. Nokia’s purchase by Microsoft eventually tear up the plans for this smartwatch, and developments have been completed. However, now the tech giant Microsoft has released the Nokia brand, the brand can resolve to develop a new smartwatch, always with an eye on the market and what the competition offers.
